Kanso 2 (model CP1150) is an off-the-ear sound processor for Cochlear Nucleus cochlear implants, built as one compact disc. Held to the coil by a magnet, it rests on the head beneath the hair, so nothing hangs on the ear. It is Cochlear's smallest and lightest single-unit processor, with a built-in rechargeable battery, direct streaming and the intelligent SmartSound iQ 2 automatic system.
