Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for common situations.

No sound

Check the battery charge, replace the battery, and make sure the coil stays in place.

Intermittent sound

Check the cable and contacts, clean the connectors, and replace the cable if needed.

Coil won’t stay on

A different magnet strength may be needed — see your audiologist for fitting.

Got wet

Dry the processor in a drying kit overnight and do not use a hairdryer.
